Henry W. DiCarlo is a Security and Safety Professional with over 35 years of diverse experience in all facets of organizational security, safety, claims administration, investigations, loss prevention, training, and risk management. His education includes a Master’s of Arts in Criminal Justice, a Master’s in Management and undergraduate degrees in Private Security. He is now a full-time Criminal Justice Instructor at Massasoit Community College and has taught for several years as an Adjunct Instructor in both Business Management and Criminal Justice at Newbury College and as an eLearning Instructor for the Graduate Criminal Justice Program of the College of Professional Studies at Northeastern University. Since September 2008 Henry has also served as the part time Coordinator of Safety and Environmental Health at Curry College.
Henry is expert at implementing a broad range of Loss Prevention principles to solve problems and protect assets in a range of operations; including retail, wholesale, manufacturing, distribution, importing, higher education and day care centers. He has successfully managed security, safety, environmental, loss control and claims administration programs for major Massachusetts based international businesses, educational institutions and not-for-profits. | |
