• Revised and updated Hazard Communications, Bloodborne Pathogens, Spill Control and Drivers Training programs for a college campus.
• Developed and implemented facility-wide Business Continuity
plans to complement an IT department’s contingency program.
• Wrote and delivered Crisis Communications training to
all business managers of a major corporation.
• Successfully created a Supply Chain Security program
for international imports and obtained full Certification/Validation
from Customs and Border Protection as a C-TPAT member.
