• Developed a 12-month Retail and Warehouse Employee security awareness program for a nationally known corporation.
• Revised and updated Hazard Communications, Bloodborne Pathogens, Spill Control and Driver's Training programs for a college campus. Participated on their H1N1 Pandemic planning committee.
• Developed and implemented facility-wide Business Continuity
plans to complement an IT department’s contingency program.
• Wrote and delivered Crisis Communications training to
all business managers of a major corporation.
• Successfully created a Supply Chain Security program
for international imports and obtained full Certification/Validation
from Customs and Border Protection as a C-TPAT member.
• Reorganized and retrained a security force to a customer-focused
mission, blending with the culture of the organization they protect.
